Shipping & returns

Orders are shipped and delivered to the address provided within 1-2 business days. A signature is required for the delivery of your shipment unless otherwise specified through Purolator.

Items may be returned within 7 business days by bringing product back to Brintnell Veterinary Hospital. If a product is returned past 7 days, the item may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. All returned Items must be unused and unworn with all original packaging attached. All food may be returned if due to a palatability issue. Returns will be processed via original method of payment.
